INGREDIENTS:
CRUST:
- 1 & ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup Erythritol powder
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
FILLING:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup Erythritol powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
TOPPING:
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp. keto maple syrup
INGREDIENT NOTES:
ALMOND FLOUR:
- Almond Flour is a keto alternative of classic flour, & crust of almond flour serves as the base to make this pie. This flour works well in keto baking and enhances an indulgent, nutty taste
ERYTHRITOL POWDER:
- We use Erythritol powder to sweeten this pecan pie. Powder form of Erythritol is use to form the smooth and grain-free cream filing
CREAM CHEESE:
- Cream cheese should be at ambient temperature and soft to prepare the lump-free and creamy filing
HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM:
- This heavy whipping cream is use to make the light & airy filing; coconut cream is also a good alternative to prepare the non-dairy filing,
VANILLA EXTRACT:

PECANS:

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Warm-up the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Then stir the Erythritol, almond flour, cinnamon, and butter to form the crumbs.
- Add the crummy mixture in pan and press to set the mixture and bake for 10 minutes.
- We can beat the cream cheese along with Erythritol to form the smooth filing then mix vanilla essence
- Then we can form the stiff peaks of whipped cream in another vessel and fold the cream along with cream cheese mixture.
- We can add the filing properly on cool crust.
- Then we mix the pecans with keto syrup then add on the top of the cheesecake filing; chill for two hours and serve.
