Keto Pizza Recip:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower head, grated or processed into rice-like texture
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, olives)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the grated cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-6 minutes until tender. Allow it to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, eggs, 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a thin round shape to form the pizza crust.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  7. Spread the sugar-free marinara sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Add your desired toppings and sprinkle ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
