Keto Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients:

  • Salt

Keto rice cereal: 3 cups.

ChocZero vanilla syrup: 1/4 cup.

  • White chocolate chips: 1 cup.
  • Unsalted butter: 1/4 cup.

Instructions:

  1. Dump the keto rice noodles into a big container.
  2. Add melted butter, devoid of sugar and vanilla syrup, and melt white chocolate chips with a dash of salt.
  3. Mix till well blended.
  4. Line a rectangular baking dish with paper towels or coat it with cooking spray.
  5. Evenly distribute the crispy rice mixture in the baking dish, protected with paper towels.
  6. Chill for ten to fifteen minutes till it is very crisp.
  7. After that, bring it out of the fridge and cut it into squares.
  8. Melt extra white chocolate chips in a small dish and mix with a few drops of food coloring to make white chocolate frosting.
  9. Once the chocolate melts, dip each rice brittle treat and place it on a wire rack to set.
  10. Add sugar-free sprinkles to the mixture.
