Instructions:

- Return the shrimp to the skillet with the zucchini noodles.
- Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the skillet and toss everything together to combine. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
