INGREDIENTS:

CRUST:

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

FILLING:

  • One tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • Salt & pepper

PIZZA LAYER:

  • ½ cup keto marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella
  • ¼ cup feta
  • 2 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes
  • 8–10 pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp. olives
  • 2 tbsp. Bell peppers or mushrooms

INSTRUCTION:

  1. We can heat the oven to four °F.
  2. Then we can apply the baking paper to the pan.
  3. Now we can add the salt, chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, black pepper, &
  4. Italian seasoning and combine them.
  5. Then we can put it into a baking dish & put in oven for around twelve to fifteen minutes or till it becomes
  6. slightly golden.
  7. We can sauté the artichoke & spinach in oil for two to three minutes.
  8. Then we can add red pepper flakes, rotisserie chicken, black pepper, basil leaves, salt & cream cheese and stir.
  9. Now we can put the filling on the crust and distribute it properly.
  10. We can cover the filing with the keto marinara sauce.
  11. Then we can add pepperoni, olives, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, & feta cheese over the filling.
  12. We can bake the pizza for 15–18 minutes until bubbling and broil for one to two minutes to make it crispier.
  13. Then cool down the Keto Spinach Artichoke Pizzagna for some time, then slice and serve.

SERVING IDEAS:

  • We can serve this pizzagna along with the César salad for a filling dinner.
  • Add a sprinkle of Chile oil or crushed red pepper to make this dish spicy.
