How to Make Salmon Patties

1. Prepare the Salmon

Drain the canned salmon very well.

Press the lid gently to remove excess liquid.

Place salmon in a bowl and flake with a fork.

Remove large bones or skin if desired.

2. Mix the Ingredients

Add eggs and Parmesan cheese to the salmon.

Mix until fully combined.
