Baked Crack Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and half of the crumbled bacon. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, making sure to cover them completely.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining crumbled bacon and chopped green onions over the top.
