No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

  • Mixing bowl: For combining the crust and filling ingredients.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Mix together 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch pan to create a smooth, even layer

    • In a large bowl, beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese with 3/4 cup of confectioner’s sugar until smooth and creamy.
    • Gradually blend in an 8 oz tub of whipped topping until smooth.
    • Gently fold in 14-16 oz of drained crushed pineapple.
  2. Assemble and Chill:
    • Spread the creamy filling evenly over the prepared crust.
    • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks evenly over the top, then garnish with shredded coconut.
    • Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set
