Honey Mustard Sauce

  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Honey Mustard Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
Refrigerate while preparing the chicken.

Step 2: Cook the Bacon & Mushrooms

Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms in bacon drippings (or butter) for 4–5 minutes until tender. Set aside.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Top with sautéed mushrooms, bacon slices, and shredded cheese.

Step 5: Bake
