PAULA DEEN’S 5-MINUTES FUDGE !!

Ingredients:

   3 cups all purpose chocolate fountains

   1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

   ¼ cup butter

   1 teaspoon vanilla extract

   1 cup chopped nuts or dried fruits are optional.

Instructions:

    Prepare Pan: Line the baking pan completely with aluminum foil or parchment paper and allow some to hang over the sides for easy removal. Lightly coat the foil or parchment paper with butter or cooking spray.

    Melt Ingredients: Combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and margarine in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second bursts, stirring well after each burst until mixture is smooth and melted. It usually takes about two to three minutes depending on your microwave.

    Add Vanilla and Nuts: Once the chocolate has melted into a smooth mixture, add vanilla essence and mix well. If you have any nut chunks, slowly stir them into your candy batter until they are evenly spread out.
Pour and Chill: The fudge mixture is poured into the pan. It should be spread out with a spatula so that it covers the entire pan uniformly. The fudge mixture must be chilled for at least two hours or until it becomes well-set.

   Cut and Serve: After the completion of cooling, lift up the fudge by using this extending foil or parchment paper. Set on a cutting board and take off the parchment paper’s or foil’s peel. Slice it to your desired sizes and shapes using a knife that has sharp edges.

   Enjoy: Fridge for up to fourteen days in an airtight container or serve immediately as a snack or dessert anytime. Treat yourself with this tasty delicacy at any given time!
