Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer 
- In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey over medium-low heat.
- Stir constantly until smooth and well combined, but don’t let it boil!
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal, gently folding until fully coated.
Step 2: Form the Base 
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners for easy removal.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
- Press it down firmly using a spoon or your fingers to create a solid base.
Step 3: Create the Chocolate Topping 
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until completely melted and smooth.
