So quick and easily one of my new favorite shrimp recipes!

Ingredients:
Ingredient | Quantity |

Raw Shrimp, cleaned, peeled, deveined | 1 lb |
Butter, melted | 8 Tbs (1 stick) |
Garlic, minced | 3 cloves |
Good Seasons Italian Seasoning | 1 packet |
Lemon, sliced | 1 1/2 lemons |
Dried Parsley Leaves | 1 Tbs |
Black Pepper, ground | 1 tsp |
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Prepare Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Pour this mixture into a 9×11 inch glass casserole dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- Arrange Lemon Slices: Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer on top of the butter sauce in the casserole dish.
- Add Shrimp: Place the cleaned and deveined shrimp on top of the lemon slices, arranging them in a single layer.
- Season: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the shrimp. Then, sprinkle the dried parsley flakes and ground black pepper over the shrimp.
- Bake: Bake the shrimp uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and pink.
- Serve: Serve the Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp immediately. It pairs well with rice, pasta, or a simple salad
