So quick and easily one of my new favorite shrimp recipes!

Ingredients:

Raw Shrimp, cleaned, peeled, deveined1 lb
Butter, melted8 Tbs (1 stick)
Garlic, minced3 cloves
Good Seasons Italian Seasoning1 packet
Lemon, sliced1 1/2 lemons
Dried Parsley Leaves1 Tbs
Black Pepper, ground1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Prepare Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Pour this mixture into a 9×11 inch glass casserole dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  3. Arrange Lemon Slices: Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer on top of the butter sauce in the casserole dish.
  4. Add Shrimp: Place the cleaned and deveined shrimp on top of the lemon slices, arranging them in a single layer.
  5. Season: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the shrimp. Then, sprinkle the dried parsley flakes and ground black pepper over the shrimp.
  6. Bake: Bake the shrimp uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and pink.
  7. Serve: Serve the Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp immediately. It pairs well with rice,  pasta, or a simple  salad
