Super easy. It’s a dump meal. Total cost about $12 or less… this one feeds a lot.

Ingredients:

| Kielbasa | 1 package (sliced) | 
| Hash Browns | 1 bag (32 oz) | 
| Onion | 1 small (diced) | 
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 cups | 
| Sour Cream | 1/2 cup | 
| Milk | 1/2 cup | 
| Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup | 1 can (10 oz) | 
| Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder | To taste | 
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a greased slow cooker, combine kielbasa, hash browns, onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
 - Prepare Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom or chicken soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
 - Assemble and Cook: Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa and hash brown mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
 - Serve: Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
 
Optional: For added flavor, consider adding other vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli
