These sugar-free chocolate chip cookies are soft, buttery, and packed with classic cookie flavor—without added sugar. Ingredients List:

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour (see notes for low-carb or gluten-free options)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 17 tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar substitute (measures 1:1 with sugar, bake-safe)
  • ½ cup brown sugar substitute (granular, bake-safe, 1:1)
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prep
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or prepare with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients
    In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. Cream Butter & Sweeteners
    In a large bowl, cream together softened butter with the granulated and brown sugar alternatives until smooth.
  4. Combine
    Stir in the dry ingredients until just blended. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing gently. Do not overmix.
  5. Add Chocolate Chips
    Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  6. Bake
    Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges begin to lightly brown.
  7. Cool
    Remove cookies and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
