Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef(Easy, Flavorful & Perfect for Dinner)

Ingredients
For the Beef Filling
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder (optional, for heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Wraps
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2–3 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant.
Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through. - Season the beef
Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully flavored.
If using bell pepper, add it here and cook until soft. - Prepare the tortillas
Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 20–30 seconds per side or microwave for 15–20 seconds until soft and pliable. - Assemble the wraps
Place a layer of shredded lettuce on each tortilla.
Add a portion of the cooked beef mixture.
Top with diced tomato, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt. - Wrap & serve
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly.
Serve warm with extra salsa or hot sauce if desired.

- Spicy Version: Mix in some diced jalapeños or drizzle with hot sauce.
