Glaze Ingredients:

| Powdered sugar | 1 cup | 
| Unsalted butter, softened | 2 tablespoons | 
| Vanilla | 1 teaspoon | 
| Whole milk | 2 tablespoons | 
Instructions:
Making the Pie Dough:
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
 - Grate chilled butter into the flour mixture or cut in using a pastry blender.
 - Create a well in the center and gradually add ice water, mixing until dough comes together.
 - Divide dough in half, shape into rectangles, wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
 
Assembling the Apple Slices:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Roll out one dough rectangle to fit a 9×13 inch jelly roll pan.
 - Spread apple pie filling evenly over the dough.
 - Roll out second dough rectangle, place over filling, and pinch edges.
 - Cut vents in the top crust.
 - Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown, rotating halfway through.
 - Let cool on a wire rack.
 
Making the Glaze:
- Beat together powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
 - Spread glaze over cooled apple slices.
 - Let glaze set before slicing and serving.
