🍎🧀 Air Fryer High-Protein Cottage Cheese Apple Fritters

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blend smooth if you prefer)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 1 medium apple, finely diced
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1–2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Make batter
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, and vanilla.
Stir in oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Fold in diced apple.

3️⃣ Shape
Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined air fryer basket.
Lightly spray tops with oil.
