Instructions:

- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until it comes together.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 inch and cut out scones using a biscuit cutter.
- Place the scones in the basket of your air fryer, making sure to leave some space in between each one.
- Air fry the scones at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the scones warm with butter or your favorite jam.
