4 chicken breast strips
4 thin slices of bacon
Seasonings of preference Optional:
2 slices of cheese
- Preheat oven to 425F. Season chicken.
- Cook bacon halfway, the in facing side of the bacon should be more done than the outside. Wrap the bacon around the chicken tenders. You can add a half slice of cheese to the top of each chicken tender before wrapping.
- Add to foil lined baking dish with high edges. Make sure cheese side is facing up and the last wrap of the bacon is tucked under rather than on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes. If the bacon isn’t as crispy as you want you can broil for a few minutes or even throw on the stove until it’s crispy.
