Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Butterfly the chicken breasts or use thin-cut chicken pieces. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Step 2: Add the Cheese Filling
Place shredded mozzarella inside each chicken breast. Fold the chicken over to seal the filling inside.

Step 3: Prepare the Coating
In a bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.

Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten egg, making sure it is fully coated.
