Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
3 medium cucumbers
2 small or 1 large onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup granulated swerve or Monk fruit
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dill
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions:
Slice cucumbers and onions very thin; separate the onion ringlets. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, dill and pepper together in a separate bowl. Pour over cucumber and onion mixture and mix well. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
