Topping Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa can use carob
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir together flour, sugar, and cocoa from the batter ingredients. Add milk, vanilla, and oil. - Pour batter into greased 8×8-inch pan.
