Ingredients for
For the Cake:
2 tablespoon almond flour
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 teaspoon stevia (or any other sweetener of your choice)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
For the Glaze:
1-and-a-1/2 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon stevia
For the Icing:
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 tablespoon stevia
Preparation Instructions
1. Put all the cake ingredients in a mug or ramekin and mix them well to get a smooth batter
2. Take a small bowl, mix all the glaze ingredients in it, and microwave the same for about
20 to 30 seconds or until you get a smooth melt. Stir the glaze to ensure there no lumps are formed
3. Spread half of the glaze mixture on the mixed cake batter and then disperse it well using a knife or toothpick
4. Microwave the cake mixture for about 60 seconds or until it rises well and pulls away from the sides of the mug or ramekin. Set it aside
5. Next, put all the icing ingredients in a small bowl and microwave the same for about 15 to 20 seconds or until the icing ingredients melt together easily when stirred. Add some more heavy cream if the icing mixture appears to be much too thick. Combine the mixture thoroughly to ensure no lump formation
6. Use a knife or fork to loosen the cake from the sides of the mug or ramekin and then flip it onto a plate
7. Now, pour the remaining glaze over the cake
8. Pour the icing over the cake and spread it thoroughly using a knife or spoon. You can also let the icing drip over the cake without spreading it
9. Serve and enjoy!
