Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers
3-4 halved bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1 block cream cheese
1 can Rotel
1 T garlic powder
Brown beef and saute onion in pan.
Add cream cheese and when softened add can of rotel.
Add mixture to halved peppers.
Pop in oven 350 for 25 minutes.
Optional – pop peppers in oven for approx 5 min before adding mixture to soften.
