Ingredients
For the Salmon Bites:
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets (skin removed, bite-sized)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Optional Garnish:
Fresh parsley or cilantro
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Directions
Prep the Salmon: Pat salmon dry, cut into 1-inch pieces, and toss with olive oil and spices.
Make the Sauce: Whisk together mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust flavors as needed.
Cook the Salmon: Sear salmon pieces in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.
