Inspired by a weekend experiment gone deliciously right, they’re crispy, saucy, and irresistibly good! Whether you drizzle or toss the sauce, every bite is a burst of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavor. Ready in just 25 minutes, they’re perfect for a quick dinner or a fun appetizer!

Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites:

1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets (skin removed, bite-sized)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Optional Garnish:

Fresh parsley or cilantro

Green onions

Sesame seeds

Directions

1️⃣ Prep the Salmon: Pat salmon dry, cut into 1-inch pieces, and toss with olive oil and spices.

2️⃣ Make the Sauce: Whisk together mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust flavors as needed.

3️⃣ Cook the Salmon: Sear salmon pieces in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.

4️⃣ Coat in Sauce: Drizzle or toss the salmon in the Bang Bang sauce.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Top with parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds for the perfect finish.
