INGREDIENTS:

CAKE:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup Erythritol granules
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup blueberries

CRUMB TOPPING:

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Keto Brown Sweetener
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We can preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Then we could place the parchment paper on the pan.
  3. We could add salt, coconut flour, Erythritol, almond flour, baking powder, & baking soda, & mix with a whisk.
  4. Then we would grab a separate dish and add liquid butter, sour cream, lemon juice, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk to form a smooth consistency.
  6. We can mix both ingredients and form a smooth consistency of batter.
  7. Then we add blueberries to the batter and fold them gently.
  8. Add the batter to the pan and bake the cake for forty-five minutes.
  9. Put the cake on table for 10 mints to make clean slices and serve.
