CRUMB TOPPING:
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup Keto Brown Sweetener
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ cup butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- We can preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Then we could place the parchment paper on the pan.
- We could add salt, coconut flour, Erythritol, almond flour, baking powder, & baking soda, & mix with a whisk.
- Then we would grab a separate dish and add liquid butter, sour cream, lemon juice, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk to form a smooth consistency.
- We can mix both ingredients and form a smooth consistency of batter.
- Then we add blueberries to the batter and fold them gently.
- Add the batter to the pan and bake the cake for forty-five minutes.
- Put the cake on table for 10 mints to make clean slices and serve.
