  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free whipped topping (optional for extra fluff)

Orange Flavor

  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free orange Jell-O powder
    or
  • A few drops orange extract + 1 tbsp sugar-free orange drink mix

Optional Add-Ins

  • ¼ cup mandarin orange segments (no sugar added)
  • 1–2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp crushed nuts
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate sugar-free chips

Instructions

1. Blend the Base

  • Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  • Add protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and orange Jell-O powder.
  • Blend or mix until creamy, fluffy, and bright orange

2. Fold for Extra Fluff

  • For thicker, fluffier texture, fold in sugar-free whipped topping.

3. Add Optional Mix-Ins

  • Fold in mandarin pieces or coconut if using.
  • Keep some for topping.

4. Serve
