- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free whipped topping (optional for extra fluff)
Orange Flavor
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free orange Jell-O powder
or - A few drops orange extract + 1 tbsp sugar-free orange drink mix
Optional Add-Ins
- ¼ cup mandarin orange segments (no sugar added)
- 1–2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp crushed nuts
- 1 tbsp white chocolate sugar-free chips
Instructions
1. Blend the Base
- Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Add protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and orange Jell-O powder.
- Blend or mix until creamy, fluffy, and bright orange
2. Fold for Extra Fluff
- For thicker, fluffier texture, fold in sugar-free whipped topping.
3. Add Optional Mix-Ins
- Fold in mandarin pieces or coconut if using.
- Keep some for topping.
4. Serve
