I call this “whatever’s in my fridge ramen”.

Ingredients (makes one bowl)

Ramen Broth

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1/4 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced (i like mine with lots of garlic)

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

1/2 teaspoon chili paste/ powder
