The idea of low carb crackers or Keto chips, who doesn’t love ? For a crunchy Keto snack, these cheese crisps are a perfect combination of both.

You can get creative and with this Everything But the Bagel Seasoning or Cajun Seasoning Mix, sprinkle them to add extra flavor. Top each piece of cheese with a slice of jalapeno if you want an extra spicy kick.

TIPS FOR MAKING LOW CARB CRACKERS

In airtight container or zip lock bag, store cheese crisps for several days and you will be able to keep your low carb crackers crispy and fresh.
Drape them over the bottom of a glass or bottom of a muffin tin to make perfect little cheese cups after cooling for a few minutes.
After completely cooled crumble the cheese crisps, and toss into your favorite salad.
