Keto Cheeseburger Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: diced pickles, diced onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce
Instructions:
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, tomato paste, dried basil, and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flavors have combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with any desired toppings.
