Boiling water 1 cup
- Melted coconut oil 1/2 cup

- Light cream 1 cup
- Vinegar 1 tsp.
- Powdered monk fruit erythritol sweetener 1 cup or 215 g
- Espresso powder 1 tsp.
- Xanthan gum 1 tsp.
- Coconut flour 1/2 cup or 56 g
- Baking soda 1 1/2 tsp.
- Caramel sauce 2x recipe
- Chopped and minced pecans 1/4 cup or 28 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp.
Instructions:
- Following the caramel recipe prepare it well and set it aside.
- Arrange the microwave for 350 degrees F mix all the dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix the sweetener properly.
- Use the cup, add the cream to it, and mix it perfectly.
- Take another bowl and add the eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Melt it properly, and set it aside.
- After 5 minutes, add the coconut mixture to the non-wet mixture and combine it perfectly.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking sheets that are prepared with parchment paper bake it for 45 minutes and leave it out from the oven.
- Now, serve it after drizzling it with the caramel sauce, and after 5 minutes serve it.
