Keto Chocolate Turtle Cake

Ingredients:

  • Stevia sweetened chocolate chips 1/2 cups

Vanilla extracts 2 tsp.

Eggs 2 large

Boiling water 1 cup

  • Melted coconut oil 1/2 cup
  • Scant salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Light cream 1 cup
  • Vinegar 1 tsp.
  • Powdered monk fruit erythritol sweetener 1 cup or 215 g
  • Espresso powder 1 tsp.
  • Xanthan gum 1 tsp.
  • Coconut flour 1/2 cup or 56 g
  • Baking soda 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Caramel sauce 2x recipe
  • Chopped and minced pecans 1/4 cup or 28 g
  • Baking powder 2 tsp.

Instructions:

  1. Following the caramel recipe prepare it well and set it aside.
  2. Arrange the microwave for 350 degrees F mix all the dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix the sweetener properly.
  3. Use the cup, add the cream to it, and mix it perfectly.
  4. Take another bowl and add the eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Melt it properly, and set it aside.
  5. After 5 minutes, add the coconut mixture to the non-wet mixture and combine it perfectly.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheets that are prepared with parchment paper bake it for 45 minutes and leave it out from the oven.
  7. Now, serve it after drizzling it with the caramel sauce, and after 5 minutes serve it.
