Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, salt, and baking powder. Whisk them together until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring well to combine. Mix until you have a smooth and thick batter.
  5. If desired, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips into the batter.
