Ingredients

  • ▢2 medium peaches peeled and sliced
  • ▢6 tablespoons powdered sweetener divided
  • ▢1 ¼ cup almond flour
  • ▢1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ▢¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ▢4 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Add the sliced peaches to the bottom of a well greased 1.5 quart baking dish, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the sweetener. Stir to combine.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together the remaining ingredients, and layer over the peaches in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
