Ingredients
- ▢2 medium peaches peeled and sliced
- ▢6 tablespoons powdered sweetener divided
- ▢1 ¼ cup almond flour
- ▢1 teaspoon baking soda
- ▢¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ▢4 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Add the sliced peaches to the bottom of a well greased 1.5 quart baking dish, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the sweetener. Stir to combine.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the remaining ingredients, and layer over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
