2 grated carrots

3 eggs (you can substitute with vegan options)

1/2 cup honey or crushed dates

1 teaspoon cinnamon (if preferred)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch of salt

Optional: nuts like almonds or walnuts, or seeds like chia or flax
