1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
1/4 cup sweetener (I like Lakanto)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Lily’s chocolate chips for garnish
- Put the HWC into a mixing bowl and refrigerate until ready for use.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, sweetener and vanilla.
- Remove the HWC from the fridge and mix until soft peaks form.
- Combine the HWC with the peanut butter mixture and mix well!
I topped mine with Lily’s dark chocolate chips.
