Ingredients

For the Cream Cheese Layer

  • 6 oz 170 g cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Loaf Batter

  • 1 ½ cups 190 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup 115 g unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup 150 g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup 120 ml milk
  • 1 cup 150 g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon flour to coat blueberries
