This has been a go-to recipe in my home for years!

IngredientQuantity
Cold milk2 cups
Instant vanilla pudding mix1 box (5.1 oz)
Whipped heavy cream or whipped topping1 cup
Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
Melted Biscoff cookie butter1/4 cup

For the Layers:

Biscoff cookies1 package (about 30-40)
Ripe bananas (sliced)4-5
Crushed Biscoff cookies (for garnish)1/4 cup
Whipped cream (optional)For topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pudding: Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Melt Biscoff cookie butter and stir into pudding. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  2. Layer the cookies and bananas: In a 9×13-inch dish, start with a layer of Biscoff cookies, followed by sliced bananas and a layer of pudding. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding
  1. Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies and add whipped cream (optional) before serving
