This was SO good! Buffalo Chicken Crusted ‘Pizza’ (2 carbs per serving/8 carbs for the entire pizza)


1 lb ground chicken

1 egg

Half a bag (or 1 cup) of Kraft Shredded Mozzerella

About 1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

Garlic Salt & Pepper for seasoning

1/4 cup green onion

Drizzle of ranch


Mix together in a bowl the following:

1 lb ground chicken, garlic salt and pepper, and 1 egg.

Spread mix on baking sheet with parchment paper pretty thin but not too thin about 1/4”. (See third photo)

Bake @ 400 for about 20 minutes. Take out of oven add about 1/3 cup Franks Red Hot (or desired amount), spread over ground chicken crust.

Add half a bag of kraft shredded Mozzerella (or 1 cup).

Bake for an additional 20 min on 400.

Take out. Drizzle with ranch. Top with 1/4 cup green onion.
