Ingredients
3/4 lb. ground chuck
2 large eggs
3 T. Sugar Free Ketchup
1/4 c. onion chopped
1 T. minced garlic
1 t. Italian Seasoning
1 T. Kicking Chicken Seasoning
1/2 c. Shredded Sharp Cheese
1/3 c. Real Bacon Bits
1 cup Pork Rinds crushed to 1/2 cup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium size bowl add all ingredients and mix throughly.
Spray a muffin tin or brownie pan with pam. Divide meat into nine sections. Place meat mixture into pan in individual sections. Bake for 20 minutes. Then broil on low for 5 minutes
