Classic Shepherd’s Pie

Heinz Tomato Ketchup¼ cup
Heinz® Tomato Juice¾ cup
Heinz Worcestershire Sauce2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard2 tablespoons
Frozen mixed vegetables1 cup
Cooked, warm, mashed potatoes3 cups
Butter2 tablespoons
Garlic, minced1 clove
Warm milk⅔ cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Prepare the filling: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Sprinkle with flour, then stir in ketchup, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in mixed vegetables.
  3. Prepare the mashed potatoes: Whip mashed potatoes with warm milk, butter, and minced garlic until fluffy
