  • 2 tbsp. Erythritol powder

  • One big egg
  • Three tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup keto strawberry jam
  • GLAZE:
  • 2 tbsp. Erythritol powder
  • 1 tsp. almond milk
  • INGREDIENT NOTES:
  • ALMOND FLOUR:
  • Almond flour adds a subtle nutty taste, provides the pastry structure, and keeps it low in carbohydrates. It aids in producing delicate, soft dough that resembles conventional crusts.
  • COCONUT FLOUR:
  • Requires only a tiny bit of coconut flour to balance the texture because it absorbs moisture nicely. Almond flour helps keep the dough firm without being overly thick.
  • ERYTHRITOL POWDER:
  • Erythritol powder effortlessly incorporates into the mixture and sweetens the dough without the need for sugar. It contributes to the delicate sweetness of pastries.
  • BAKING POWDER:
  • Baking powder gently lifts it to prevent the crust from being dense or flat. The Pop-Tarts feel more like vintage versions as a result.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put parchment paper on a baking pan and preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix coconut flour, baking powder, almond flour, Erythritol, & salt in a dish.
  3. Pour in the vanilla essence, melted butter, and egg, and stir into a dough.
  4. We roll the dough in two sheets of parchment till it is about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Cut into rectangles for the Pop-Tarts. Put half on the baking sheet.
  6. Line the middle of each base rectangle with 1 teaspoon of sugar-free jam.
  7. Place the remaining rectangles on top and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Bake these pop tarts for eighteen to twenty minutes so it turns golden brown.
  9. Cool these taste on rack.
  10. When the tarts get cool; mix the glaze and dip the tarts in it and serve.
