 Creamy High-Protein Pineapple Dessert (No Gelatin)

Serves: 4–6
 Protein: ~12–15g per serving

Cream cheese spread

🛒 Ingredients (4 Only)

  1. 1 can (20 oz) crushed  pineapple in  juicewell drained
  2. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat for higher protein)
  3. ½ cup cottage cheese, blended smooth
  4. ¼ cup powdered sweetener or honey (adjust to taste)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple very well (this is key for thickness).
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, blended cottage cheese, and sweetener until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in crushed pineapple.
  5. Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving for best texture.
