Ingredients

Chicken

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Topping

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Butterfly each chicken breast (slice horizontally without cutting through).
  • Pound lightly to even thickness.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

2️⃣ Make Filling

  • In a bowl combine:
    • Cream cheese
    • Mozzarella
    • Parmesan
    • Garlic
    • Parsley
  • Mix until smooth.

3️⃣ Stuff & Roll

  • Spread filling inside each chicken breast.
  • Roll tightly and place seam-side down in greased baking dish

Bake

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until chicken is nearly cooked through.

5️⃣ Add Topping

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese and bacon on top.
  • Return to oven for 5–8 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

6️⃣ Rest & Serve

  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
