Brownie Fudge Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar(100 g)
  • ½ cup butter(100 g), melted
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup plain flour(100 g)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder(50 g)
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chip(50 g)
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chip(50 g)
  • whipped cream, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180°C).
  2. Whisk the brown sugar and butter in a bowl.
  3. Whisk in the egg and vanilla.
  4. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter between 4 ramekins, or any other oven-proof pots you may have lying around in the kitchen.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked but still fudgey inside.
  8. Serve with whipped cream.
  9. Enjoy!

  1. OK… how is this Keto or even Adkins with brown sugar and chocolate chips??? 52g of carbs??? per entire recipe or per serving ???
