2 cups crab meat

1 tbsp green onion

8oz softened cream cheese

2 tsp mayo

tsp coconut amino

1/2 lemon juiced

1/4 tsp sweetener

1/4 cup diced pimento

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except 1/2 cup mozzarella.

Transfer to a well-greased 8×4 baking dish.

Top with remaining mozzarella.

Bake for 20 min or until cheese is melted and turned a light golden color.
