This refreshing drink is perfect for a hot summer day or a special occasion. It’s low in carbs and high in fat, making it suitable for a keto diet. A keto diet is a low carb, high fat diet that can help you lose weight and improve . You can also add some coconut rum for a boozy twist.

Ingredients:

1 bottle Pineapple Coconut Sparkling Ice
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Ice cubes
(Optional) 1 ounce coconut rum
Steps:
1.Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
2.Pour the Sparkling Ice over the ice, leaving some room at the top.
3.Add the heavy whipping cream and stir gently to create a creamy layer on top of the drink.
4.(Optional) Insert a straw into the glass and pour the coconut rum down the straw, so it sinks to the bottom of the drink.
5.Enjoy your keto Italian soda!
Note:
You can use a blender to mix the Sparkling Ice and heavy whipping cream together until frothy. This will create a smoother and creamier texture for your drink.
You can add some ice cubes to the blender as well to make your drink more slushy and cold. This will also dilute the sweetness and alcohol a bit if you find them too strong.
You can garnish your drink with some pineapple chunks, coconut flakes, or whipped cream for some extra flair and flavor.
