 Butterfinger Balls

Semi-sweet chocolate chips2 cups
Coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling: Combine crushed Butterfinger, peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Form the Balls: Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in the microwave
  1. Coat the Balls: Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Set the Coating: Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate sets
