INGREDIENTS  

  • 1/3 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 cup Bake Believe Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Add the egg yolks, oil and butter to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
  • Mix in the remaining ingredients, and stir well to combine.
  • Chill the batter in the fridge for 1 hour until set.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Drop the batter by the spoonful onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and form into a cookie shape.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.
