  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened and no added sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks.
