Keto Pina Colada
With just 5 ingredients this delicious keto pina colada will transport you to a tropical island with each sip!

- ▢13.5 oz coconut milk
- ▢2 cups ice cubes
- ▢½ cup keto simple syrup
- ▢¼ cup rum
- ▢2 tablespoon pineapple extract
- ▢2 teaspoon coconut extract
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Nutrition: This makes 2 large servings or 3-4 smaller servings. The nutrition facts are based on 4 servings with 3 net carbs per serving. For 2 servings, each pina colada would have 6 net carbs.
To Freeze: Pour the leftovers in a freezer bag and lay the bag flat. Once frozen, you can move the bag to make room in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge for 30 minutes or so before serving. If it isn’t smooth, blend for a couple of seconds, then serve.
